With the opening night of SHOPPING! on 30.04.2006, a week of stage projects will start, too, as part of SHOPPING! – The department store project at the Schauspielhaus Stuttgart. Students from the University of Dramatic Art Ernst Busch in Berlin, the Hamburg Theatre Academy as well as the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies at the University of Giessen will work on new stage projects dealing with the topic “Shopping“. At the beginning of February, Hasko Weber, the artistic director of the Schauspielhaus in Stuttgart, and his team approached Burkhardt Leitner constructiv asking for support for this project – the project has convinced us, and the exhibition system constructiv PON will be provided for the Schauspiel for the theatre season of SHOPPING! as support material for staging the large shopping worlds.
