Together with the architect Lohrmann, the construction managers Rahm Project Management and the office planers from Burkhardt Leitner constructiv, it was possible to realise at the own company location what had been planned for customers so often. Not only the communication of the space was important in this case but also the communication of the whole building complex including the stock and shipment had to be integrated into the whole creative and communicative process. With the modular architectural systems constructiv PON Office, constructiv PILA Office and constructiv CLIC Office, which are independent from the building, the company was able to redefine their own workflow and experience what they had been talking about again and again – office modules, which can be changed any time, which minimise renovation costs, have a high communicative quality and flexibility of use and make relocating a lot simpler.
